  • Cambridge House of Maryville Seeking Volunteers

    Resident Services Coordinator Kathy Tammen is asking for members of the public who might be interested in assisting with or leading certain activities with our residents.
    Examples of activities include bingo calling, leading arts & crafts groups or various interest groups.  Anyone with a special skill, hobby, or talent is also encouraged to volunteer.  
    Volunteer hours are flexible, and are available during weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.  Volunteers of all ages are welcome, especially those who are in need of volunteer service hours for school districts or local churches.

  • Ministries Unlimited

    Ministries Unlimited will need volunteers to help deliver Christmas boxes and gifts on December 21st at 9:00 A.M. The delivery location this year is the Troy United Methodist Church. Boxes will be packed December 17th - 20th at 9:00 A.M. daily, volunteers are needed for this as well. 
    A cash donation goal of $40,000 has been set for this Christmas season.

  • Special Olympics

    Volunteers are the core of the Special Olympics program and we could not exist today without the time, energy, education and commitment of our volunteers. Special Olympics Illinois relies on people of all ages to help in every aspect of the program – both at the local and state level. Anyone 10 years or older can be a general Special Olympics volunteer and coaches must be at least 14 years of age or older. For more information, reach out to Steve Whitlatch at swhitlatch@soill.org or 618-654-6680.

    We are seeking some extremely talented interns every semester. As you can imagine, we can provide the interns with a wide variety of projects, opportunities and general office experience. To date, we have hosted 208 interns! Once submitted and reviewed, we will contact you with an interview request.

  • Tri-Township Library

    The board of Trustees of the Tri-Township Public Library District is seeking applicants to fill a vacant position. The appointment will be for the remainder of the unexpired term ending in 2017. To any interested person please submit a letter of interest to the Tri-Township Public Library District Board. The applicant must live within the library district, be 18 years or older and able to attend board meetings monthly.
