Purchasing/Accounts Payable Assistant
We are looking for a Purchasing/Accounts Payable Assistant for the Accounting Department. Ideal candidate must be flexible and able to multitask on a daily basis. Must have professional customer service skills both written and oral. Job duties will include but not limited to: Entering AP Invoices, Reconciling Statements, Creating Purchase Orders, Ordering Supplies, Talking with Vendors, Scanning documents, Assist when needed the A/R Department.Other requirements: Microsoft Office, Excel, Data Entry.
