The Technical Support Analyst Provides initial contact for problem determination and troubleshooting to aid in a timely and accurate resolution of end user issues relating to all software and hardware on the LAN/WAN. Candidates should have an Associate s Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent certification, 1 to 3 years experience with hardware and software in a business environment, a basic understanding of networking concepts and their correlation to problem solving and moderate knowledge of computer hardware and standard peripherals.
